Do not disturb

Two ducks breaking the glass of the lake, they swim quickly through the morning sun. A squirrel chases it’s mate up a tall oak tree, tails bushy and active with excitement. A pelican suns himself on the branch of a tree, his only focus is the drying of his feathers. Acorns drop like scattered hail from a leafy sky, it’s getting to be that time. The warmth of the sun slowly dries the left over drops of water from last night’s rain; they linger on the white rocking chairs. It’s getting warmer by the minute, the shadows are creeping under trees.

It’s easy to drift away to the music in my ears, peace is here.
